Before Publication of the TNCDBR 2019 any person aggrieved by any decision (or) order of thePlanning Authority under section 49 or Non Planning area under section 47A of the Tamil Nadu T&C Planning Act 1971, may appeal to the prescribed Authority under section 79 of 80A T&C Planning Act 1971.
After Publication of the TNCDBR 2019 in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.43 part III Section 1(a) dated:04.02.2019. The Proposal is found to be in violation of the TNCDBR 2019 it has to be rejected to that account by the Planning Authority / District Officer. Based on the rejection order the applicant may prefer an appeal with in the time limit as prescribed under section 79 of the T&C Planning Act 1971 directly to the Government based on the rejection order.
All type of appeal application has been scrutinized with in the rule of TNCDBR 2019 and discussed and in the committee constituted in Go (MS)No.645 Housing and Urban Development Dated:11.07.89 & Go (MS)No.91, Housing and Urban Development Dated:13.07.2015. Suggestion (or) alterations if any recommended by the above committee has been incorporated in the plan to be approved by the DTCP.
